✅ Refund Policy

🔹 Delivered & Accepted Orders
  • Once your plants or accessories are delivered in good condition and accepted by you, they are generally not eligible for a refund. However, we truly care about your plant’s health 💚. If your plant dies within 3 days of delivery, we will provide a full refund or replacement – no questions asked.
🔹 If Something Goes Wrong
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please let us know within 36 hours 📩.
  • Just share your order ID + photos with our customer care team, and we’ll take care of it.
🔹 What We Do in Such Cases
  • 🌿 Replacement – We’ll send you a new plant/accessory free of cost.
  • 💳 Refund – If a replacement isn’t possible, your money will be refunded within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

🚫 When Refunds Are Not Possible

  • If the request is made after 36 hours of delivery.
  • If plants/accessories have been used or damaged after delivery.
  • For same-day delivery orders.
  • For special festive offers (Diwali, Valentine’s, etc.) due to limited stock.

🔄 Cancellation Policy

  • 🕒 Within 24 Hours – You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, if it hasn’t been shipped.
  • 📦 After Dispatch – Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • 🎉 Special & Same-Day Orders – Cancellations are not allowed for urgent or festival orders.
